Teaching Assistants, Special Education

As a Special Education Aide, you spend your day going to different classrooms and working with different children. You do not spend all your time in one room or with one student. Often times, you have multiple special education students in the room that you are responsible for.

The best way to interview at Avon is to be open about your experience and what your plan is for being at Avon, but also after. For several positions it is a short term position and the staff there are always willing to give you a platform to grow your skills and help you towards your future.
