National Client Trainer
Responsible for:
Providing customers private product trainingStay up to date on the various product technologies
Work strategically with sales representatives to convey knowledge to customers
Assist with internal rollouts of new product launches and upgrades
Establish an excellent working relationship with each customer and continuously strive to improve the level of overall services provided
Thoroughly assess customer needs to devise the most effective, efficient and appropriate training model and materials necessary to exceed customer expectations
Education
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in education, communications, English, business administration or a related field preferred
- Equivalent work experience in a similar position may be substituted for educational requirements
Experience
- Minimum two years product training, or quality assurance experience required
- Minimum one year instructional design and/or web-based training preferred
Other
- Based on departmental need must be able to travel 80%+ required
