Accounting & Fiscal Administration Career Trainee (Upward Mobility Target Title)

Under direction of the Accountant Supervisor, receives training to perform complex professional accounting work involving the maintenance of the Agency's centralized accounting system, and preparation, examination and reconciliation of complex accounting statements and reports. Position requires knowledge of spreadsheet, word processing and an understanding of mainframe computers from the user's view.  Requires the ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds of computer printout paper.

Minimum Requirements

Requires a bachelor's degree in accounting or an allied field.  This class is included as an Upward Mobility Program credential title.
