Duration: 6 months with possible contract to hire

Description:
2-4-year experience in a customer service role
Expertise in technology
Knowledge of the Remedy ticket system helpful
Demonstrates good interpersonal effectiveness in dealing with people at all levels
Solid problem-solving skills
Excellent customer service skills
Practices good listening techniques
Demonstrates a positive attitude that stresses flexibility, is customer oriented, and supports teamwork
