Administrative Assistant/Receptionist

Administrative Assistant/Receptionist for Multi-Management Company for not-for-profit associations (both trade and professional organizations)
We are looking for a team member who is truly a people person. Customer service skills are imperative. We have multiple associations so judgment and discretion are key. We need someone who can answer the phone and either be able to answer the person's question or direct the call to the appropriate team member. We need someone who is task oriented and can multi-task. This is a very fast paced environment. The person will also sort the mail daily, make deposits twice monthly, write checks, be able to post payments in several different systems. Other administrative support duties will also be assigned.
•Excellent phone skills •Self-motivated •Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills •Proficient in database management and software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat Pro •Attention to detail, ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment and superb customer service skills is necessary •Must be able to pass a grammar/punctuation test and background check
