Are you looking to get into an inside sales role upon graduation? This is an outstanding opportunity to develop professional expertise and contribute to a specialized team. A commercial sales intern works closely with experts in this area of specialization and/or on teams to address critical business needs.
A candidate in this role may:
- Spend time shadowing sales, supply chain, marketing, product management, etc.
- Have the opportunity to observe several different sales roles in order to understand relationship building and the sales process for commercial HVAC.
- Work closely with the commercial sales district supporting our inside sales needs such as quoting, special projects, order management, etc.
As an intern, the person in this position typically works full-time for a defined period during a schooling break.
Educational Requirements
- This role requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience. This is an entry level opportunity.
- Candidates should be actively enrolled in a degree plan, that aligns with this role at an accredited University. Degrees may include Marketing and/or Sales.
Teaming/Soft Skills
- Good communication skills
- Excellent collaboration and teaming skills
- Proficient use of Microsoft applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Ability to quickly learn and contribute to new projects and technologies
