Account Sales Lead

Job Summary:
The Retail Sales Supervisor is a non-exempt role that can meet and exceed client field expectations with overall store responsibility for Client Program effectiveness and client/customer satisfaction. In order to effectively be successful, the lead must have excellent sales skills, client service skills, ability to identify, train and supervise talent and the ability to lead and develop others. This position will be responsible for supervising both full and part time retail sales reps. The Retail Sales Supervisor will work in collaboration with our partner ABCmouse to drive increased sales of products and an elevated experience for their customers through direct selling in a retail location.

Essential Functions:
* Drives sales productivity of a Learning Based App within Client’s retail locations.
* Engages in side-by-side selling with other retail associates
* Grows revenue performance and other key metrics through sales.
* Creates product and brand awareness for all products within the portfolio of sku’s
* Communicates competitive knowledge and advantages of various products and services
* Communicates benefits of this Learning App
* Creates first-rate customer experiences
* Maintains sound knowledge of all ABC mouse products
* Attends requested training sessions and conference calls
* Reviews new product and service offerings from Client
* Able to track your own progress against plan
* Restocks merchandise and maintains retail sales readiness at all times.
* Represents Client and MarketSource in a professional manner at all time

Supervisory or Management Responsibility/Decision Making Level:
* Completes store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
* Protects merchandise by following company policies and procedures surrounding, selling of merchandise.
* Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks.
* Maintains operations by enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
* Ensure employee satisfaction through progressive employee engagement
* Manage attrition through key performance indicators
* Manage performance in Store to achieve sales objectives
* In conjunction with Support Team Members, Manage all aspects of in store execution , including but not limited to:
* Geo check in and out
* Call report compliance
* Work collaboratively with field sales leadership
* Execute launch of projects and initiatives
* Participate in and complete required sales training

Minimum Education and/or Experience:
* Must be 18 years or older2+ years of retail management experience
* Proven record as a leader and manager
* Excellent communication skills
* Flexibility to work weekends, nights, and holidays in order to meet the needs of the business
* Proven self-starter
* Ability to drive sales reps to perform and deliver client expectations
* Proactive customer engagement skills preferred

Requisite Abilities and/or Skills:
* Identifying and reading reports
* Requires recognizing, identifying and using products
* Passionate to help people learn

Additional Job Requirements:
* Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling, walking, standing and moving items
* Requires the ability to move around the store, assist customers and maneuver merchandise when necessary
* Performs additional job duties as assigned
* Ability to lift up to 20 pounds independently
