Field Account Rep
MarketSource is currently searching for a Field Account Representative to join our team.
The Field Account Representative will be responsible for driving sales at national retail outlets through a combination of Training, Sales, and Brand Advocacy visits. Field Account Representatives will work with both the Client & MarketSource leadership on providing strategic training, marketing, and messaging into each of their locations. The Field Account Representatives must possess a high level understanding of the carrier industry while being well versed in each of their accounts which will include carrier & dealer channels, big box retailers as well as department stores.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
* Responsible for store sales performance within their market
* Improve net promotor scores by building strategic relationships within the accounts
* Improve recommend/attach rate of Client’s products through robust training and advocacy visits
* Drive product awareness through specific marketing blitzes
* Ability to manage & measure sales performance within the market
* Continue learning around the industry including competitive products
* Ability to build relationships with store management to help drive sales performance with staff
* Support Client sponsored or events & promotions in local market
REQUIREMENTS
* 2+ years training, sales, account management or related experience
* Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
* Strong leadership, facilitation, and influencing skills
* Solid analytical and project management skills
* Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with others
* Work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment
* Self-starter with the ability to develop and drive Sales or Marketing strategy
* Results-oriented and a proven track record of success
* Valid Driver's License Required
* Ability to take complex technology to simplified consumer value proposition
* Flexibility to work some weekends when required
* Wireless Accessory experience a plus
PHYSICAL JOB REQUIREMENTS
* Bending, standing, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling and moving items
* Requires the ability to move around the store to assist Customers and maneuver merchandise when necessary
