Job Description

Waltham, MA - The Digital Production Intern will assist the production and design of content for our global sales teams and product marketing. The incumbent will help complete projects and the implementation processes for a better customer user experience, metrics, and learning. With the use of our CMS, A/B testing, metrics and heat maps, he/she will gain significant exposure to development/production processes within a multi-lingual global website in the B2B industry.

Job Duties:

* Work closely with the Marketing Technology Manager, Web Supervisor, and Project Coordinator.

* Assist with creation, testing and making changes to email marketing, CMS pages, and other website assets.

* Projects could include the coding of product/landing pages, updating or editing databases, reviewing SEO, setting up A/B, creating reports and making recommendations on designs.

* Perform all other related duties as assigned.
 

Job Requirements:

(ONLY QUALIFIED CANDIDATES WILL BE CONSIDERED)

* Must be a college student pursuing a Digital Marketing, Communications or Computer Science degree.

* Experience with a CMS like Drupal, Google Analytics and hand- coding HTML a must.

* Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and MS Excel is necessary.

* Knowledge of SEO practices is preferred.

* Strong attention to detail is essential.
