Business Development & Marketing Summer Analyst

Position Overview:

Cambridge Associates’ Global Business Development (GBD) team drives and supports the sales, marketing and client relationship management needs of CA’s business around the world. The Business Development & Marketing Summer Analyst position will join the Boston GBD team for 10 weeks and gain immediate exposure to marketing best practices within the investment and financial world.  

The internship schedule is an expected 40 hours per week and is competitively compensated.

A Typical Day in the Internship:

  • Contribute to a dynamic variety of marketing and business development projects such as competitor analysis, marketing database updates, presentations and other ad-hoc projects
  • Collaborate with senior members of Global Business Development, Investment Directors, and subject-matter experts in departments across the firm
  • Participate in broader business development efforts when possible, including pitch materials, custom proposals, and other prospect and client communications to support business development efforts and cultivate a broader understanding of CA’s business

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate student - rising senior (any major)
  • Record of high academic achievement
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Demonstrated interest in finance, investments and/or related quantitative fields
  • Familiarity with computer databases and programs, especially Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Eligible to work in US without sponsorship or restriction
