Senior Analyst (Investment Banking)

Aronson Capital Partners has an immediate opportunity for a Senior Analyst to join their team.

The Role:

    • Prepare, analyze and explain historical and projected financial information
    • Prepare confidential information memoranda, management presentations, marketing pitches, and other presentations
    • Conduct client due diligence; prepare marketing materials, and buyers lists
    • Assist in all phases of the closing process from data room management; managing due diligence, and responding to due diligence inquiries
    • Assist in evaluation of offers and supporting definitive agreement schedules
    • Conduct industry research and assist in developing the firm’s marketing outreach via newsletters & articles
    • Support new business development and investment banking engagements
    • Connect the dots between company strategic attributes and key industry drivers
    • Contribute to the completion of industry publications, research and financial analyses
    • Maintain prospect and relationship databases; create and optimize pitch materials including financial, operational and strategic analysis of potential clients

Requirements:

    • Minimum of 1 year of post-undergraduate work experience in investment banking, transaction advisory, corporate development, public accounting or other corporate finance functions
    • Fundamental understanding of financial statements and related reports
    • Above average technical writing skills conveying financial strategy and pitch
    • Display rigor and ownership for your role in fulfilling job duties
    • Entrepreneurial spirit and desire to work in a collegial/collaborative environment. Analysts play an intricate part in all aspects of ACP and are not limited to the back office. You will be a contributing member of the deal team.
    • Experience in the Aerospace, Defense, and Government services industry a plus
    • B.A./B.S./B.B.A. in Finance or Accounting preferred
