  -Troubleshooting PC, laptop, server, and network issues

        -Work with Active Directory and several other business software systems

        -Build/maintain wired and wireless networks in hotels, stores, and restaurants

        -Create and maintain internal web applications (HTML/CSS/Javascript)

         -Write scripts to perform repetitive actions (PowerShell)

        -Use monitoring and logging systems to find and fix problems
