BASIC FUNCTIONS:
The environmental engineer will have responsibilities including compliance, engineering, auditing, training, reporting, monitoring, project management, data collection and review, permitting, assisting with the environmental management system, and other duties as required.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
4 year engineering or environmental related degree
Industrial experience
Solid understanding of air pollution control equipment
Solid understanding of water and wastewater systems
Demonstrated understanding of environmental laws and regulations

Proficient with Microsoft Office
PREFERENCES:
Knowledge of radiation detection equipment and/or radiation safety officer
EMS, ISO, 14001 and auditing experience
Industrial, consulting or regulatory experience in environmental engineering, environmental compliance, or environmental management or some combination thereof.
