JD:
- Good data entry and customer support skills
- Proficiency in MS office tools ( especially in Excel & Outlook features)
- Customer and service oriented
- A quick learner & self-starter to effectively interpret the assigned task and complete on time
- Good communication skills
- Should be good at documentations, willing to work long hours and weekends
- Resource should be bilingual – fluent in English and Spanish
