Project: Review the chemical compositions of all materials used in Bullard products.
Responsibilities:
- Research current requirements of The Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986 (California’s Proposition 65)
- Work with product managers to identify each unique product offering by Bullard.
- Evaluate the Bill of Materials (BOM) for each product and research material composition.
- Coordinate with suppliers to identify material composition of components, as needed.
- Coordinate with University of Kentucky labs for material composition analysis, as needed.
- Compile comprehensive materials list for each product, including identification of which materials may require warning labels under California’s Proposition 65
Requirements: Excellent communication and project management skills; and attention to detail required. Undergraduate Degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering or Chemistry. Must have transportation to work in Cynthiana, KY. Some work may be performed remotely.
