Qualifications
•     College degree preferred
•     At least 5 years of professional work experience
•     Demonstrated strong performance in current role for the prior 2 years, if applicable
 
Knowledge/Skills

•     Solid industry and product interest
•     Sales experience with a proven track record
•     Extraordinary writing, interpersonal and client service skills
•     Detail oriented with superior organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
•     Command of Microsoft Office products
•     Team player who understands that internal collaboration often offers the optimal client outcome
•     Ability to work in an evolving fast-paced environment
•     Goal setting and proven track record of achieving such goals

 
Compensation
•     No cap
•     Typical first year salary and commission ranges: $100,000-$300,000
•     Veteran advisor average total compensation: $425,000
