IT Intern - IT Development
| This intern position is responsible for
assisting the IT Customer Service Application Development department. Under
immediate supervision, assists in the support and delivery of information
technology, providing quality, cost-effective and timely solutions. Seeking an
intern candidate to work 20 to 40 hours per week (8am-5pm - Monday-Friday) with
flexibility around the student's class schedule.

from which programs will be written. Designs, codes, tests, debugs documents
and maintains simple programs. · Support and enhance various Customer Service applications including: My Account Customer website, SAP Customer Information System, IVR Telephony applications. · Manage multiple tasks while accurately maintaining record of work accomplishments Perform other duties as directed and assigned by the manager |
